The last two supergreat reviews clearly came from the incompetent staff at the Village Green. Perhaps if the two reviews weren't praising the staff in such a blatantly exaggerated way, it wouldn't be so obvious that CRES Management is trying to inflate the ratings on this website.

I'm a very unhappy resident and I can tell you that ---------- is absolutely incompetent. Nice and helpful are not adjectives that I would use to describe her. I moved in last year and c---ot wait until the day my lease is up. My two neighbors are equally angry with the way management refuses to handle maintenance requests. ---------- and ------- are extremely unresponsive and unapproachable. I have complained about various issues on multiple occasions, but no one is fixing them. The maintenance staff, if they ever show up, recommend ways in which I can fix the problems myself.


My neighbors and I agree that everytime we talk to -------, she acts as if she has never talked to us before. This is true even when you've just gotten through talking to her 5 minutes ago. --- (the manager) gets defensive, rude and accusatory whenever she's shown that she is neglecting her duties. The maintenance staff have spoken very negatively about other residence to me - very unprofessional. I have even complained about the crappy management of this apartment complex to CRES Management, but there seems to be absolutely no accountability.

On the first day of my lease, I noticed that cabinet doors had been installed improperly. One of them came off the hinges and all of them are slanted or crooked. The carpet is dirty, worn and nasty, eventhough it initially appears clean. One of the towelracks immediately came out of the wall, upon move-in. I have hated every moment that I've lived here and can't wait till my lease is up. At least 3 other people in this apartment complex feel equally trapped in this nightmare. wow...totally inappropriate review. i do not work for the management, but am fairly certain that if you've called their corporate office, and your complaints are valid, something would've been done by now. i guess you're just one of those people that will never be happy. i on the other hand have lived at village green for 2 years, and i'm not saying it's perfect, but i have seen improvement with the new staff since they've been there. i dont think the intent of this website is to slander office staff members and call them out by name...you should be ashamed. i'm a happy resident and would encourage anyone reading these reviews to come judge for themselves!

Listen up, pal: First of all, I'm sure you work for management. In fact, I'm sure you're either --- or -------. You sound way too defensive to be an third-party tenant. And there is absolutely no slander involved here. I was merely stating the truth about my experience and that is *precisely* what this website encourages. If people aren't warned about you guys, they may become trapped just as I was. Frankly, ---, the only reason I used your name is because *you* also referred to yourself by name when you showered your crew with praise in the last post. To anyone who lives there, it is clearly evident that you wrote the prior two positive posts, as well as this defensive response. I would be willing to bet everything. Rather than spending time becoming defensive, why don't you go fix our maintenance requests. Thanks!

I agree totally. The management at this location all are bigtime CRAPPY! The so called manager ---------- defensive lying, rude BI***! She has NO BUSINESS even trying to run this office. Her appearance could use some style tips. I wouls not advise anybody to live here.

My name is Julia Motega and I posted the review on 5/12. I am not employed by CRES and lived in apt 908. The review was not written by management. --- is a great manager. I will not say we did not have any problems - but when we did, her staff always worked hard to resolve them. That is more important to me than anything.
