Not too shabby

Hope that you never have anything break, if you call the office they are really nice, but they forget everything, you have to go up there every time. The grounds are kept neat, and rates are not that bad considering what everyone else is charging in the area. Close proximity to 360, with grocery stores not far away. My biggest selling point was close access to the trails at the back of the complex, and the Dog park is just a 10 min walk. There are no better parks around the DFW area than what is here in Euless. I live in the back of the complex, and my neighbors are for the most part quiet, the most noise is people being loud by the stairs, and entry way. There are plenty of parking spots, but other areas look worse, I expect mostly due to the high level of occupancy. In the year I have lived here there was only one instance of cars being broken into, well at least that I was made aware of. Another positive thing is you don t see shady looking people congregating in large numbers, people keep to themselves, and have respect for one another. Did I mention AT&T Uverse is offered, so you don t have to stick with crummy Time Warner, or Dish for quality cable TV. My overall impression is to recommend them, when I renew my lease soon I plan on expressing my issues with people following through with alerting the maintenance crew of stuff that is broke, hopefully they will listen as I can be pretty persuasive.
