There are many night tenants that play their steroeos without consideration to others. The office will do nothing about it. I requested a downstairs apartment and was shown a split-level with only 4 steps to walk and was informed all the plans were that way. I recieved an upstairs apartment with a full flight of stairs. There is no landscape in front of my apartment and you have to walk through trails of mud to get to your car when it rains. The water takes an average of 15 minutes to heat up and 50 percent of the time does not heat up at all. When glass is broken in the parking lot, it takes around 2 weeks before it is clened up.
