I agree with the other two reviews on these apartments. I've lived here a few years, and just in the past year or so the problems have increased to the point that I will not be renewing. Big water problems. No hot water when you want it (cold or only lukewarm water showers are not fun in winter!). Despite numerous requests for them to repair the hot water, they can't seem to get it done. Not recommended unless you like cold showers.
