This complex has had water problems from day one. After numerous cold showers, they finally, but temporarily fixed the water. It is back to "lukewarm", rather than hot. They never return my phone calls when I have a maintenance request, and I know people who have had their cars broken into here. Neighbors have no regard for courtesy, and drive around with their car stereos up way too loud. Also, the gate is broken half of the time, letting unwelcome thugs in (or out'). When I moved in, my A/C would not work well at all, and the temperature inside my apartment rarely got below 80. As a result of the management's negligence, I had to pay for a very high electricity bill. Also, my neighbors would often party on weekends until 3:00 a.m., with their stereo up very loud! If you are middle-class or above, this neighborhood is not for you!
