Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
Cars with no tires or flat tires, smell of dog #2 and garbage in the outdoor corridors are a hallmark of this dump. Although the manager boasts new management, the place still remains a dump and I would look elsewhere (perhaps even next door) where the units are much newer and alot nicer. This place is so old that the circuit breakers (located in the bedroom) frequently click off knocking out air-con and other appliances. Good luck!
