I live here for 2.5 years under the old management and never experienced problems getting maint over to fix any problem in a timely manner. Since the new Management company came onboard theyy have focused on the asthetic aspects of the complex and filling vacancies and the current residents have been thrown to the dogs. Two prime examples of this: 1. Called for Maint due to bathrrom sink draining slowly. Maint arrived next day (saturday). He left me a note that he would have to come back on Monday. Two weeks went by and I called the office to find out why my sink was still stopped up. They stated that they were short staffed. A month later someone finally showed up. He replaced the sink and faucets but did NOTHING about the clog. 2. The complex had painters next door prepping an apartment. The were apparently dumping paint and thinner down the sink. It was backing up into my bathroom sink. I called the office and was assured that someone would be right over. This was 4 pm Friday. Monday Morning I again called the office and this person advised she would resubmit the work order. That was 11 days ago. My sink is still stopped up and is caked with dried paint that backed up into it. At this point I have turned in my 60 days notice that I will be moving. Customer Service involving more that just being sweet as pie in the office has gone down the toilet. New Management comes in , raises rents significantly and cuts services to a non exisistant level. No way I would ever recommend this place under the current management.
