We have lived here for 2.5 years and recently renewed our lease. BEWARE!! If we knew then what we know now, we would have moved. Sure our rent went up a little, but we expected that. We did not expect the billing for water, water service, sewer, sewer service, trash, gas, and "other Charges" to be what it would be if we lived in a house. It was over $70!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We haven't gotten our electric bill yet. The office will lie to you and say that it will be around $25. Flat out lie. There are only 2 people that live in this apt., and we do not use more water than normal, but our bill goes up EVERY MONTH!!!!!!!!
Management wants to fix asthetics of the building so it looks nice on the outside, but they will nickel and dime you when you live here.
Recently, management welded the walk in gate shut. Now the kids that have to wait for the school bus need to wait for a car to try to exit since their bus stop is outside the gate.
There are several broken down cars that they have not towed. They sit in the same spot every day taking spaces from residents who use their vehicles every day.
Horrible maintenance, so we fix EVERYTHING ourselves.
I swear the new management doesn't give a damn about current residents. They are only interested in filling vacancies and showing the "show" apartment.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE. We are already looking. I can't wait to move.
