These APARTMENTS are getto!!! I'm literally about to start up my own neigherhood watch and complaint center from home! I really hate these apartments and I would love to help get myself and others out of this hood. I have 2 kids and I'm scared for their lifes every night... and if you go to the office all they do is fill your heads with bull ----. I am going to start up a letter for everyone to add complaints and turn it into the BBB and maybe they can assist us! I know that recently they have been f-ing with us and like this new water, sewer, gas, etc. bills... but the funny thing is our APARTMENT is electric we have no gas! LOL How stupid are they... they just need to leave it how it was before... with them paying it, our rent is expensive enough!!! So yeah if you have a complaint too please contact me and we can see what we can do to save ourselfs!!! My email is nenesmomy@yahoo.com. Please people who dont already live here DONT COME... at first it is like wow but now it is like how the hell did I get myself into this! The good reviews are not from actual residents!! Someone got killed here... who wants to live somewhere like that. Robbery or not it still happened and they didnt even notify us!! Everytime I bring it to their attention they say something... like once it was they put something on our door and the most recent one was that it didn't occur here!!! Hello it happened my first week there! LOL Another thing you cant park your car and it be safe my radio got stolen out of my car and my neighbor had a hit and run and nothing happened at all.

The boilers that heat the water that you use on a daily basis are powered by natural gas. This is what the $3.00 charge that is included in your water bill is for. This is clearly stated on the utility allocation for natural gas costs. Also, the homicide that you speak of happened at a nearby property bearing a similar name and nearly identical property address. Please don't call someone stupid until you have taken in all the details and facts of a situation. Management has since changed, and I have noticed things getting much better already.

I think that certain employees of the complex or management company, of which you so clearly are, should concentrate thier time on improving this complex instead of combing the net to dispute bad reviews. Perhaps you could go to homedepot.com and order supplies to repair the massive potholes in the drive leading to the exit gate? There is no way you are seeing improvements, there are none.
