you can't always expect that all your bills are going to be paid for you! I came from another property to here, and we had to pay water over there, and every other place I have lived! Hey you get what you pay for. And this new management, evicted all the damn ghetto ppl. and have been trying to turn things around from the old company that just handed everything to you, no wonder this place was taken over by a better managment company! I'd rather pay more with a better outcome, then pay no water, like some cheap people.....I got over it, maybe ya'll should too!!!

you are obviously part of the staff!!! Why do you think they have a 32% approval rating? And the new management is worse than the old management! The bottom line is,if the lease states they will pay water,then they should pay the water until you renew the lease,and their is never an excuse to lie and scam people!
