I have lived here for 4 years and referred many co-workers in the past months and wish I had not. When I moved in things were fair then got significantly worse. I was ready to move but was promised changes and improvements. After seeing this I renewed with higher rent and water, almost $80 total more that I pay now. Well don't I feel duped. Today I went into the office to turn in a maintenance request to find out the people who had finally made things happen and taken care of our apartment were all gone. I was told the property is staffed with all temps and it could be over a week before I can get my kitchen light fixed. Good grief cooking in the dark sure reminds of how things were when I was ready to move before. I should have trusted my gut. When I tried to find out what happened to the management I was told no one could tell me but things would sure be changing. Changing again, good grief they had just now got it right. It feels like we were victims of bait and switch, told to stay treated well for a brief span long enough to get more money from us and 4 co-workers to lease here and now things are changing again. I am tired of not knowing if I will get what is promised. I am sure they will come begging for me to stay asking for more money and promises of good service but I am not willing to take the chances. I want some place stable. I am moving and my co-workers are too. Good look to you if you lease here, they will mislead you and treat you great until they get your money and then one day slip back to not giving a damn.
