Ok... where do I start' This place is the pits. The managment PACE is horrible. The guy in the office Charlie or Charles is a nasty person. With a huge attitude problem. All the employee's for Pace at this property have nothing to say nice about anything. They have used racial and nasty words about the old Managment. Which consisted of Gale, Erin, Tosha and Delores. Gale was incredible. She turned this property around. Erin and Tosha were right on target with all transactions and having maintenance come in a timely matter. Delores was so nice and really enjoyed her work and was patient with any matter that arose. All PACE has done is lie and avoid any matter that arises in the complex. The door locks never work, nails are coming out of the carpet, the dog poop is engolfing the grass.I slipped and fell from the ice on the stairs because PACE didn't have any maintenance to put salt down. And the Miss. Priss in the office would never go "above and beyond" to satisfy anyone. They avoid certain people's phone calls they don't want to answer and are all around hostile and roud when you have a simple questions about rent, or water etc. Which these are all minor to major problems but the attitude from the lady at the front desk and the guy Oliver and Charles are just so nasty. PACE Managment better find themselves a solution soon or they are going to have a major law suit on their hands. Whatever you do don't rent from this complex, they will lie and cheat you and after all the people I recommended to live here im so sorry. It was with the old managment not PACE and im truely sorry. Renters beware of the office and the attitude from the girl with the curly hair and glasses and the money keeper. They hate there jobs and there life. Don't rent here.

How horrible! What kind of person would write something so negative about people they do not know? Everyone deserves a chance.
