My husband and I lived in the smaller one bedroom apartment here, things were great when the other management was here.... now everything has gone down the drain... pot holes in our street... size of a small crater measuring about a foot deep... the shrubs and grass has not been taken care of for about a month or two...laundry facility here is ----.. nasty no ac all the windows are all propped up.. the pool has been closed for about 2 months because they dont want to have to upkeep it... spa never has worked..... fitness center you can forget about it... all the equipment is broken and they never have it open or the correct lock to even be used....and maintenance requests.. you can forget getting anything fixed because you have to put it in writing - then go down to the office (ONCE THEY OPEN AT LIKE 10am, therefore you have to go to work late or take a complete day off), fill out THERE application pretty much to have any work done.. after that is done pray the problem is taken care of in about 2 weeks or so.. My husband on many occasions have went without hot water and ac for about 2 weeks in the middle of this past july... so we were mosquito bitten and sweaty..for that entire time... TO TOP IT ALL OFF... WE WENT TO GIVE OUR REQUEST TO MOVE OUT... 60 DAYS NOTICE.. AND THE DUMB LEASING AGENT LOST OUR WRITTEN NOTICE... AND INFORMED US THAT SHE JUST NEEDED IT WRITTEN LIKE IT WAS... SO THEN WE WERE SET TO MOVE OUT... AND WERE TOLD THE WEEK BEFORE THAT WE NEVER GAVE PROPER NOTICE... MY HUSBAND HAD TO TAKE A DAY OFF OF WORK JUST TO GO DOWN AND GIVE NOTICE... BECAUSE BETWEEN THE WOMAN LOSING OUR WRITTEN NOTICE SHE FAILED TO INFORM US THAT WE NEEDED TO FILL OUT THEIR FORM / APPLICATION TO EVEN THINK ABOUT BEING CONSIDERED TO LEAVE THEN WE WOULD BE EVALUATED WHETHER WE COULD END OUR LEASE OR NOT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... IT IS HORRIBLE... I see people touring the property and i just want to yell Dont move here.. stay away...!!!!
