I moved in here Sept 07 and when I was looking at the apts I was promised a newly remodeled apt. Well when I went to sign my lease they had to change my apt to one the was not remodeled because the other one was damaged. The stucco on the outside fell down and there was water damage in the apt. So I moved into the other one and when I did it was not cleaned at all. There where dirty hand prints all over the walls, dead bugs everywhere, things were broken, and the bushes outside were not trimmed. The limbs on the trees were so tall that they were growing over my patio wall. After seeing the place and complaining about it they said they would fix it and get the cleaning crew out to clean. Well the cleaning people never came and I had to complain and turn in at least 2 written notices about the things that needed to be fixed. After that anytime I had a maintenance request I had to complain at least five times before anything got done. At one point I had to go into the office and yell at the office staff to get my requests taken care of. There is only one staff member I deal with named Lauren(the one I yelled at). All the others are rude and dont want to deal with anything. The assistant Michael likes to interrupt you and say anything to just get you to leave the office. The place has a really bad roach problem and they act like its not a big deal. Just recently I came home from work to find that my apt and the guy's across the hall from me had been broken into. They took all of my computer equipment including my digital camera which had all of my son's baby pics on them. I have to go in tomorrow to see if they'll let me out of my lease because now my son and I are in danger. If I had known they accept section 8 I never would have moved in. Since i have lived there I've had to call the cops several times. There are always peole walking up and down the street yelling and just hanging out for no reason. Just a few weeks ago I had dirt dobbers making a home outside my front door. I complained about them for 3 weeks before they sent someone out to kill them. And everytime I complained they acted like it was the first and they had never been told about it. I do not recommend these apts but if you feel like you have to move in I recommend getting everything in writing and when you have a complaint turn it in in writing as well.

I also lived there a few years ago. At first it seemed nice but then i had to call the cops a couple of times because my neighbor liked to beat his wife. Later on, a 'group' of people moved in at once and used big orange cones to mark thier parking spaces which are unassigned. APrked thier hoopties there and when it was dark then even began moving the hoopties and starting a bonfire in the lot. Not too mention I turned in my notice to the mgmt and they said that i was good to go. A few days later, i got an eviction notice on my door. When i went to the office, they had an entirely new staff of crooks who said I had never turned in a 30 day written notice and charged me a nutload of money that follwed me until I just paid it off to get in to another place.

This is my 4th year in the complex. There have been break ins, fires, flooding, mold. Maintenence has no clue what they're doing or what you're saying. That rude ass Michael in the office needs to be brough in the street at night and beat the hell down! Rude for no apparent reason. I am actively looking for another place to go..I was told that if I signed a year lease that rent would never go up. It is and they have given me 10 days to decide if I'm staying or not. Unacceptable.
