This comuntiy is so cool. I actually was reffered here by a friend that lives here now. I read some of the comments on this site and I don't feel like they are accurate. I have not had any of the problems that these people are saying they have had. I have lived here for a year and I am very happy. The office staff and maintance are the best out of all the places I have lived. Besides all of that this property has a golf course, nail shop, barber shop,little conveince store and day care all on site.The only down fall is that it isn't all free! They also have a CARES team who plans really cool events for the property. This property is unlike anything I have ever seen or lived on.

I used to live at Westdale Hills in the sawgrass complex. I am a single mother and at the time only had my son. I felt safe at all times and also enjoyed the planned community activities. I had to leave my beloved HUGE apartment due to returning home to finish school. I have finished and am moving back to Westdale Hills. I was even allowed a payment plan when I had to break my lease. I only had to deal with one rude employee and I spoke with the manager about her and was told she would no longer be a concern. Bottom line for the money the space is awesome and most of the staff is friendly. Yes it's an older community but it's well maintained. I would recommend this community to anyone but especially families.
