I am a resident in sawgrass. I have been very please with the service I have received at Westdale Hills. Whenever I have had to call maintenance, my calls have been returned in a timely manor and the manintenance man that was in my apartment was always very friendly. My service calls were always answered within 24 hours.

I have had to speak to the acounting manager for my proprty and everytime I have she has been very courteous and respectful to me. I am lucky that I have never had aproblem paying my rent, but I know when someone does, the acount manager always tries to help them get assistance or any other help she can give them.

Many times I have spoken to Christy, the manager, and she has always been very helpful with a problem I was having. She has been ver professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I have also been to several of the CARES team activities. I have had a lot of fun ta all of them. I love the fact that they try to make everyone feel welcome at the community and at home. I have also recently renewed my lease and I thought it was wonderful that they had the renewal night with the cute little party.

I have recommended Westdale Hills to several of my friends and I will do anything that is necessary to stay at Westdale because it is more than just an apartment, it has become a home to me and my family.
