Not too terribly bad for the money

I've lived in Bonaventure, La Costa, and now Muirifield Village and I have to say that OVERALL i am very pleased with my 3 years in this community. The ducks, numerous pools, golf course, playgrounds, and sprawling lawn areas make it feel less like an apt complex and more like a mini community, not to mention the cornucopia of laundry facilities. I really do feel safe here especially compared to some other apts i've looked in to. Lets face it, with rent this cheap, it's well worth it. A few side notes if you will ... the lowest utilities i've had were in La Costa where the highest bill ever was $118 (i go through Gexa) but the maintenance crew was slow and messy. In fact, the maintenance everywhere is a lil messy ... BUT it gets done eventually and it's better than that of another complex i've lived in. If cheap but good is your target then this is the place for you.
