My Fiance and I have lived in our apt in Pinehurst for a year now and we are moving into a lager one in Bona Venture. I love my apt in Pinehurst. It's large and hast a great price for the size. The area is great. We have left our bikes and other items laying in our gargage at night and no one bothers with them. The Bona Venture apts atmosphere is a little different. It looks a little scarrier than the current area we are in but the apt is nicer and larger than the one we are in now. Staff is ok in the leasing office but they tend to leave out important info when you move in about their services. Other than that I would totally recommend the PineHurst apt's with the garages!!!
