Our neighbors are really nice.
We have a little noise now and then, but its an apartment. we get to watch the ducks in the little creek from our back yard. The only thing that bothers me about that is there is duck dropping around the pool area.
I think its an nice apartment to start off with, but to raise kids, I dont think so.
The office people are always watching the area, driveing in there golf carts. Oh and the Golf course is pretty cool there is a lake, only 3 mins away from us. Its very relaxing to go out there. On our block we also have our neighborhood watch guy he is a resident that makes sure no one drives to fast so the kids are safe, he is very friendly. I like it here I been here for about 4 months and its ok.
