I'm very surprised at all the negative comments I see on here. I live at the Sawgrass apartments and love it. They don't look all that nice on the outside, but inside, my apartment is very nice. My neighbors are so friendly, respectful, and quiet. The office people, especially Betty, have been so nice to me. Any time I have had a question or concern, Betty made sure that it got taken care of immediately. All the trees and surroundings are so beautiful. I open my windows and just see tons of trees and I can hear the birds chirping. I love it.
The only problem I have had with my apartment, is that there is a slight problem with roaches and there is a water leak in the cieling of my bathroom. I told them about the roaches and they just came and patched up the cracks in the cieling/walls. I haven't seen many bugs since then, although I'm sure they are probably still living in the walls. As for the water leak in the cieling, they just painted over the cieling. But it obviously didn't fix the leak, so I will have to call them again and tell them that water is actually dripping.
