Considering I moved every 6 months since I've moved to Texas trying to find a "good" apartment, I'll have stayed 2 years in Mar '07. Management has always been friendly, even the ladies in Accounting. Lots of space for the money - although some faults in the floor plans (like access to both our bathrooms you have to go through a bedroom). Kind of noisy, but they are pretty old apartments. Maintenance has never been an issue, they are awesome and my stuff is always done in a day no matter what the issue is. But I do see some major shifting in the building since we're on a hill. I've never been broken into, knock on wood, but someone did vandalize my windshield last year. If I wanted to pay an extra hundred bucks for less space and a better community I could move to the other side of the highway, but I'm a single mom and I enjoy the open space and big bathrooms and overall quiet (except heavy footed woman upstairs). Also for your kids - Central JR High DOES SUCK and I can't wait to get my poor kid out of there.
