Office Staff Member DELITA is a big problem. Very Rude! From: SummersetVillage2007 Date posted: 5/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This complex is great & the office staff is great EXCEPT for Delita. She will ruin the whole experience of living here. She is the most rude, unhelpful person you will ever come across. I called corporate to let them know about her & all I get is voicemail. Delita needs to take a course on "Customer Service".
