Drugs, thugs, and violence

Loud music all hours of the night. You can hear couples fighting in apts next to yours. have seen the police come out to these apts multiple times. And cars speed through the parking lots way too fast. Cars broken into all the time!!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
