I can tell you first hand that managing and maintaining a property this large is quite a task and requires dedicated,dependable people to keep operations running smoothly. I lived and worked at Westdale for approximately 4 years and loved every aspect of the community. Being self-employed is the only thing I have found that tops being an employee there.
Because I also lived there (first in S.Doral and then in Augusta)I can say that for the price and location it can't be beat.
They are an older property so alot of the floorplans there are much more spacious than any of the newer models. If I ever move back to the metroplex I will definitely
live there and will surely feel like I have come home.....Highly Recommended, check them out!!
