There is an african american lady who works in the office who always has a bad attitude,and I don't know her name but if you can manage to avoid that one bad seed it's a fairly good place to live for the price

Right by the golf course & very cheap. The mailboxes are almost always broken but I have a PO BOX so it's no problem. Most of the staff are helpful, and they usually respond quickly to any maintenance requests.
