The staff is as usless as rocks. Any given day you can walk into that office and find the 2 lazy accounting "staff" on my space and one of them constantly complains about how much pain she is in even soliciting viccodin from some poor fool that lives there. Isn't that like NOT LEGAL' I had to go into office because I got a bogus "you owe money" letter on my door and the druggie was irritated because I was interupting her "blog time" and come to find out, they had wrong person! Must be all those pain medicines. Don't bother complaining to the joke of a manager because you won't get your calls returned, you can't get into speak to manager because one is NEVER THERE!

Ok first of all, I know who you are and you are the druggie nasty ass that cant even shower!!! Maybe you shouldnt talk about people whom you dont really know. If the crappy walls at westdale werent so paper thin, then maybe you wouldnt overhear everything that was said. I too lived near them. You are a total ass and have no clue what you are saying.

wow spoken like true employees. i don't have to worry about "blogging" on company time but i bet the home office would love to know that our "professionals" sit on "blogging" sites instead of helping the 2 billion residents here. if they can't read what home to put an eviction letter on maybe they should hire literate people. it wasn't the maintenance people who made the mistake, it was the my space bloggers, oops i mean "professionals" in accounting. odd that every employee response was made on the same day. you can't be evicted for not paying water ms. "will never be promoted because of lack of professionalism". loved the comment that you should be promoted though, seen right through that "westdale hills employee" response. i do believe big home offices fire people for sitting online on my space, in chat rooms, and personal emailing instead of serving the paying customers who is just pointing out the obvious truths. may god bless you and hope when you lose your job for the above mentioned truthful complaints, you find a new place to live since it will be YOU who won't be able to pay rent. i will still be there in my apartment sipping my tea watching you load up your belongings. oh, and by the way since i did rate this very community by warning people to beware of what the place has working for them, its perfectly legal darlin. ciao peeps

I think you have this staff confused with another property. They are always very kind to me. And the only time I ever hear anyone talk about pain it is when she is asked and vertainly has she NEVER solicited drugs in front of me. This is a defamation, and you are insane.

first of all, i know EVERYBODY in the accounting office and none of them are like that!!!!!! don't go accusing other people of doing things that are not true!!!!! you are probably the one that is dealing!! as for the letter on your door--s**t happens! do you know how many new people are working here now that don't know how to decifer the apartment door numbers? once again--s**t happens. pay your rent and water on time and that won't happen. whenever i go to the office, the manager is ALWAYS there. maybe you are looking for the wrong person. all in all, THIS IS DEFRAMATION OF CHARACTER and i hope she finds out who you are and sues the H**L out of you and your family!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok seriously you have no life..if you know the accounting girls the way everyone else does you would know that, that is not true they are both very kind and loving people that thinks of there families and what they mean to them...and if you were not such an ass you would know that they ae there to make it easy for each and everyone that lives here at westdale hills....get over it...so find someone else to give ---- to and lie about these are not the girls to do it too...I love living here it is great for my family and kids...

Who ever made comments about the accounting should be ashamed of themselves because they can't pay there bills on time they want to have attitudes with people doing there job. I first off wanna say I have been living here over in Westdale Hills since 2002 and I wouldn't go anywhere else unless I was buying a house. One of the reasons I stay is because of the Kind,thoughtful and helpful account ----. Shes always nice that woman should be promoted. My apartment is a very nice apartment it's not often you get a great apartment and wonderful people running it thank you Westdale Hills for my apartment and help like ----.

I would also like to let you know I am the one who wrote the very long response stating god bless you and well I do not work at westdale I live here actuall I do not have a job at all except for being a mother and a wife. I am curious if you are rating the apartment complex why not mention the pool, parking,and the lawn crew as well? You are only rating the women in accounting that is not the entire complex. If it is so terrible why are you still here the contract buy outs are not that bad put up the money and move. If you do not like the accounting department as individuals pay you rent online I do. For someone who is happy with themselves about putting people down and upsetting others I can only think that you are misarable your self and misery loves company. You remind me of my daughter when she fights with her friends I will give you the same advice really choose the important things to get angry about and fight for. I what I am trying to say is your being childish and yes my children drink tea as well so that does not make you much better than my two year but at least when he speaks people are interested and find it very cute. It makes me happy to know that my two year old is more adapt than an adult.

you are such an inconsiderate jerk. Just so you know you CAN get evicted for not paying water, read your water addendum. These are not employees that are responding these are just a few of the thousands of happy residents we have. I am sure if you wait there will be plenty more because they know the accountants as i do and they are not at all what you say. The home office knows that there is ALOT they have to do and i think they are certain that those things get done as i am. They are always VERY profesional, now i have walked in after dealing with hell of a resident like you and the lady said can you give me 2 seconds and took a deep breath smiled and said yes ma'am how can i help you. HEY did you know that you can also be asked to leave for verbally harrasing the staff so i hope they find out where you live so all of us HAPPY residents can get together and sip on our tea and watch your butt pack your stuff in a truck and be gone. PEACE OUT!!! people like you is what makes this world a hard place to live in just TRY to be positive i mean REALLY try it is fabulous. life is great when you are positive and so are those accountant girls.

Wow how could you say that about anyone in the office, everyone has always been so helpful, if your paying rent, puting in a maint. request or looking to transfure apartments. You must be a compleate idiot! Have fun when you get evictied and have to go deal with them in court and talk to them face to face ass hole!!!!!
