I just had to make that dreaded summertime call to the Maintenance dept.---my a/c froze up over night! I called a little after 9am, and not 20 minutes later, the guy was here! 20 minutes after getting here, he came back with a new fan motor. I'm writing this because this quick service is one of the reasons I'm still here. Thanks and kudos to Trish and the Maintenance dept.!

Hmmmmmmmmm Sounds like an employee ACTING like a happy resident. Maybe the current property manager or asst. manager???!??? **applauding your emmy winning performance** I have had more help and friendliness from the I.R.S than I got from the office at westdale hills. TRUST ME FOLKS THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!!!!! RUN PEOPLE DO NOT WALK!!!

It's too sad you don't believe me-----How bout that! I even got help from the IRS when someone else with my name got my return by mistake. You get back what you put out there.......

Ok I am an ex employee so I can tell you first hand. The manager is a total hormonal -----. She doesnt give a rats ass about ANY employee or resident. She talks about residents behind their backs yes sweetheart from sawgrass even you. So get real. This place sucks. Sharon has ruined Westdale. Leasing is a joke. Maintenance could care a less. They too talk about everyone behind their backs. They are all a bunch of fakes. Accounting and Maintenance cant stay off of Myspace long enough to actually do their jobs. The maintenance supervisor, Dan, is a major man slut! He sleeps with all of the residents and employees he can. He even tried getting me too knowing I am a married woman! This place is a joke~!!
