I have lived here about a year or so now and honestly the only reason i am moving out is because we need more room. The apts are huge but i have a lil one on the way and he wont fit in our 1 bedroom apt with us very comfortably.

When i first moved in i heard all kinds of horror stories about the bugs and then we started to live one. The guy that came out to spray was not very friendly he only sprayed in the areas that we actually had seen them instead of the whole apt like he is supposed to and almost refused to spray for the ants. ( i am reallllly allergic to the type of ant we had and had already been bitten so this of course pi**ed me off) but anyways after he sprayed it has been a good 6 months since we have seen any roaches and the only reason i think we have them now is because we just got new neighbors below us and they are trashy as hell. They throw out food over the patio,...can we say garbage disposal'

My only BIG complaint is there is this lady in the mantinence office who is very VERY rude. Anytime i have had the dislpeasure of going into the office with my complaint instead of calling she has had some smart-ass remark to make about the complaint. i.e. We made the mistake of not having them check the AC/Heater before we moved in and our elec. bill for jan and feb were both over 200 dollars. My apt is big but not that big. When we went on to talk to her and have them check the meter and do what they could do to fix it her response was "Well i can have him come out and look at it but its more than likely Not our Fault" well it did turn out to be there fault, the motor in my heater was older than me almost. Then we had a problem with our phone line and again her response was it was probably not their fault and again it was.

The maintnence staff though is amazing they are always really polite and quick to do anything we need. The rest of the office staff has been amazing too, our leasing agent was one of the nicest i have delt with so far,...i think his name was turner or something like that.



In my opinion, i know they have a lot of apts. to fill but if they would stop the trashy people from moving in then most of the problems would dissapear. But i know you cant judge a book by its cover and cant know the trash from the others until its too late.
