Not a bad place to live. We've got outrageous electric bill (over $300 during summer with AC set at 85 degrees) in a top-floor apartment. However, neighbors tell us bills are OK with lower floors. We've had great luck with maintenance--even at 5 am on Sunday morning for emergency AC problems. This is a cheap place to live compared to other housing in the area. This helps make up for the electric bills. Not a bad place to live for 7 years, but I wouldn't want to live here forever.
