The complex is ok, the neighbors aren't bad. Dealing with the office staff for even the most minor things is a nightmare. They don't know who you are. They can't find your file. They forget the conversation they had with you the day before. They makes promises they don't keep. The story changes each time you speak with them. The so called manager Sharon never returns phone calls. They cant take care of anything. I've lived in several apartments during my lifetime, and never have a encountered such an incompetent staff. I would not recommend this place.

That is sadly but sooo true, the manager is an "absent" manager. They need to have a pro-active manager and better organized one too. Do not feel bad, she ignores all the people, including her own employees. To tell you more, the corporate office people are the same way. I wonder, how they remain in business.

I've been here in this apt. for 18 years and can't think of one time when I was ignored by the management staff. Any issue or problem I've had has been answered quickly and professionally. The manager always calls me back in a timely manner. I've always loved it here in my sweet little apt.
