complaint number 1 noise pollution

1.There is a middle school right behind the muirfeild and numerous unsupervised (10-30)kids daily cross over a broken fence and they run freely without any supervison through the apt complex bouncing basketballs,footballs,skating on skateboards,skates screaming from one person to another in a loud rude manner and they are playing in the parking area behind the tenants cars and I personal witness these events and the sounds of footballs and basketballs being bounce off the vehicles and the noise is terrible!!!!Do they have to scream for gods sake give me peace!!!!!!!!!!! (I have video and pics of skateboarder crashing his skateboard into a car and kids playing behing/in between cars)

2nd complaint Needs a No Loitring sign

I have reported the broken down fence to westdale hills apt managers and they did nothing but give me rude answers and tell me to calm down.

3rd complaint Assign parking for your tenants

I also have a boat stored under my cover parking infront my apt stragely enough the boat alreay has a cover on it but the new tentants that just moved don't care and I asked the apt managers again to move this boat but they did nothing because its open parking but is storage parking'''' I don't think so!!!!!!!!!

4th complaint Awful smell

I hate the air smell in these apartments they all share a common vent so you smell every bad cooking smell from the neighbors
I remember one night they cooked fish and smelled the whole living room up even when the air condition was off and the vents ducked taped !

5th complaint roaches are infested in the walls from other complexes

since winter came the roaches are cold so they are in our apt now they get everywhere especially the little ones like in my toothpaste,under the toliet seat,and in our food gross!!!

6th Loud stereo early in the mourings,holidays,weekends before 10am

well besides the car boomboxs that drive by and annoy the hell everyone except their friends they came to visit at the apt
I have 3 neighbors and one of them has a loud stereo right on the same wall as our master bedroom and every sat or holiday they play there rap jams so loud I can hear every word of the song.(no sleep till monday)

7th complaint racist graffiti

well I'm a little pissed about this one some kids left a racist graffiti on my green brickwall of my apt wall
