I lived here for 12 months in one of the cottage apts. in Doral.
It was a cute little place minus the foundation problems which caused us to flood everytime it rained.
Maintence was fast with fixing things on a regualr basis and the oise around me wasn't so bad. Partly because thet apartment we had choosen was normally a family stye aartment so there weren't too many young people around all the time.
The golf course is sub-par and the grounds are the same. I just don't understand why some people think it's so bad.
Yes we had $300 electric bills aswell but that's beause of the high ceilings so in the summer it was terrible to keep it cool.
There are plenty worse places to live then this place, I have no complaints about it one way or the other.
