Rent at your own risk!!!!

I lived in westdale Hills for two years. The apartment was infested with ants, the maintenance staff frequently harrassed my child for going near the dirty little lake (even threatened my small child with possible eviction which caused him to run home in tears), and when I tried to move out they really stuck it to me. As long as I kept a lease I was ok with them, but the minute I found a house and moved they thought of every way they could to squeeze every dime out of me. If you rent here, PLEASE read your lease, and NEVER move out without an exit walk through. THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!

I'm surprised to hear this, the maintenance guys here are the best. Very polite and helpful, at least where I live.

I lived there for several years and when I moved out they socked it to me. I had to hire a lawyer because Westdale Hills sent a claim to a collection agency instead of to me. When my lawyer tried to contact them, they never would respond. When you move out, be prepared for a very scary surprise!

While I agree with you about the condition of the apartments, I have to respond about the "dirty little pond" that you refer to. Those are on the golf course, the maintance guys are trying to prevent your chlid from getting beaned in the head with a golfball. Or God forbid falling in since you seem to let him wander unattended.

Letting you kids run around unattende is why things get vandalized. This isn't a daycare!
