No roach problems, but no one seems to care about anything unless it's between 9:30 am & 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Their idea of "security" is to call the Euless Police on 4-8 year old kids that throw rocks at apartments, autos, are other mischief that these kids are always up to.

you are correct, they are breaking the law. They know it but since they have a contract with ygnition and receive kick backs (ie free cable for employees) they aren't going to do anything unless you do it for them.

These apartments are horrible! I've lived in Sawgrass, Augusta, and now La Costa. They are all horrible and maintenance sucks!!!!! But, they are some of the cheapest apartments, so you get what you pay for, I guess...
