While most residents are sick & tired of YGNITION NETWORKS,and have longed for
real choice in paid TV services, here's something they might not know;

In most apartment complexes, you have the option of choosing the package put together by apartment management or going out looking for a deal on your own. If your complex manager tries to tell you that you can only use a certain provider, and you're interested in another company's services, they are in violation of federal law. The FCC banned exclusive agreements between telecommunications providers and apartment buildings. That means that you have freedom to choose your telecommunications provider!!! Westdale Hills had better allow residents the freedom to choose between the other providers serving the area or there WILL be repercussions.

No roach problems, but no one seems to care about anything unless it's between 9:30 am & 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Their idea of "security" is to call the Euless Police on 4-8 year old kids that throw rocks at apartments, autos, are other mischief that these kids are always up to.

call home office 214.515.7000 or go to www.westdale.com and click contact us. It will give you number as well as address of home office. you are correct, they are breaking the law. They know it but since they have a contract with ygnition and receive kick backs (ie free cable for employees) they aren't going to do anything unless you do it for them.

These apartments are horrible! I've lived in Sawgrass, Augusta, and now La Costa. They are all horrible and maintenance sucks!!!!! But, they are some of the cheapest apartments, so you get what you pay for, I guess...
