My wife and I have lived in Westdale Hills for over 2 years. We WERE living in Murfield Village - just fine, no problems.
THEN, we moved to Bonaventure, and it's been a nightmare. Water damage that just gets painted over, never fixed. Mold growing in the walls (not kidding), and exposed wires, fire hazard outside our front door.

Don't move into Bonaventure. Move to Murfield Village or another one, but NOT Bonaventure!
