Pros vs. Cons - Muirfield Village

Overall, it's not bad. But the cons would be that our car was broken into twice, my neighbor has come up to my door and threatened to kill my wife and I, and I've had to call the cops several times... the apartment complex will not install cameras, and chooses to ignore these situations when I talk about them. Basically, our neighbors to the back of us are drug dealers who operate out of their home... I'm sure not everyone is like that. The office staff are snooty, and tend to think they're better than everyone else.
The pros would be that they have online payment system which had trouble at first, but it's much better now. The maintenance usually takes 1-2 days to get to your issues, which is pretty good. The electric bill is pretty low (of course, this is based on how much you use the electricity). You get what you pay for in most cases. We have a porch, which is nice to relax on a good day.
So, it's not half bad, but it's not the best ever. If rent were lower, I think it'd better. Good luck with your move!
