Ok there are many things that can be said. Good and bad.. Start with the bad- WATER BUGS WATER BUGS WATER BUGS.. then on top of having water bugs sugar ants every where.. And yes we are clean people, and actaully my husband worked for a pest control service and he had to take care of the pests.. Now you get what you pay for. Dogs poop where ever, owners do not clean up, kids play in the middle of the drive and look at you as if you where not supposed to be driving in the parking lot. Now to the good, good view of the gold course and the water fall.. Bad- internet and cable- you can only use one and the wind blows it goes out, and electric good luck wind blows your power is out for HOURS! But we did live on the more quite end of the town homes, and dont be fooled when it says 2.5 bath, .5 bath mean a sink- that is all. But you do have tons of storage. And when you call in with a problem it is finxed very timely I will say that. All in all, it all depends on where you live in this community. We lived right off the golf course and pretty much liked it. Every where is going to have pro's and con's.. I would recommend this place but only LA COSTA off Sotogrande.. If you are looking for a place and htey show you a place behind the DAYCARE -- run, run , run as fast as you can.. BREAK IN's all the times on that side of the road. So check them out and just be prepaired for the small problems, nothing major..
