I live here for a year, and everytime they ran their sprinklers or it rained my livingroom flooded. There was a crack in the floor. When I reported it each time the maintenance would give me a 10.00 fan to run to dry the carpet. The water was so bad that my daughter could splash thru it. My apartment smelt like wet carpet all of the time and my kids were sick all of the time, and my furniture was ruined.
When I moved they charged me for the mold under the padding and carpet in the livingroom.
There was also ants everywhere, and my dryer wouldn't work because of something in the wall.
Also, the water isn't working half the time and the gates never work.
Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived.
