When I first moved to Wildwood, it was my first experience at an apartment complex. The staff was very friendly and responded to my every need. However, now we have new management and she could not be anymore arrogant and non-caring. Everytime I have entered her office I have felt totally belittled and my concerns meant nothing as I was the one the was "stupid." The rest of the staff try their best to make it great place to live but the poor management glares through.

When I first moved in, they had activities what seemed like every month, for the residents. They prided themselves on being more of a community than a complex. Now, there are no activities and nothing to seperate it from any other apartment complex.

I think that the prices have gone up considerably from when I first moved in. I dont think it is a good deal any more. The apartments are very old and this is showing through.

My neighbors have varied throughout the year with some doing illegal stuff and some showing off their horribly loud music.

One of the only good things left about the complex is the neighborhood. The area is very nice and safe for the most part.
