-I moved in at the end of october 05. The staff was helpful and friendly. They even had a little halloween thing in the office for the residents by giving away whole pizzas...as many as you want. Kudos for that. I never saw another thing like that over the next year relating to tenant appreciation.
-Maintenance was always prompt and took care of whatever you needed.
-I was playing ball w/ my dog (off her leash) in one of the back corner open areas where in the entire year of me living there, I was the only one I ever saw back there. Some guy who hates dogs or something calls the office about it. The maintenance guy then comes out and tells me I need to have my dog on a leash. REALLY' It's the middle of the day, everyone's at work, and I was the only one out here until you showed up. But, rules are rules and I respected it then (that doesn't mean I followed them). That guy left and a new maint guy cane on....real nice guy.
-They only complaint against the property i that there's not a whole lot of green grass outside of the courtyard. (Especially the DIRT area where I played w/ my dog).
-Water bill was a bit too high and seemed to get higher and higher every month.
-VERY QUIET!! It's nice to be surrounded by houses than other complexes. The occasional American Eagle SAAB flew over, but nothing deafening.
-Don't expect a parking space next to your apt. Spaces are assigned. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
