Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have lived here since September of 2005 in a 750 sq foot apartment, one bedroom. Overall I don't have any problems with this place. The grounds are usually clean, and maintenance requests have been handled quickly. Management has changed a few times since I've lived here, but I haven't had any problems with the staff. I like the fact that I have my own assigned parking space. The only thing I could gripe about is the fact that the security gates are broken more often than they are working.
