Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
This place is the nicest apartment in the area and the maintenance is second to none. Whenever I had a problem in the apartment it was fixed within 24 hours (Nothing major though.). The rent is dirt cheap, but that comes with reason. The airplane noise is CONSTANT, it never quits, day or night. The area is getting kind of run down and the type of people moving in aren't the best.
Parking isn't the greatest either, because my car has gotten quite a few new dings on it, but that is to be expected in an apartment, I suppose...
Other than that the place isn't too bad, I don't know if I would want any of my friends to move here, but it's not too bad if you don't spend a lot of time here.
