Cheap, Overhead Planes, Reasonable

For the amount i pay to live here, i can't complain. They gave me an offer i couldn't refuse ($400-$450) for a single rm/bath. The staff is...well what can i say when one of the staff members (a hot tamale) tried to delay my move-in just to get her cell number-but i was homeless at the time and took offense-so stupid i was.
Anyway, the area is prone to car thefts specifically honda civics/accords - obtained police report. But i have never had an issue with that. Currently, theres 2 ft.worth cops that live here, if that will rest your fears.
They also just hired this receptionist lady - dont know what happened to all the previous office staff - and i don't like her bossy, mom-like attitude - i deserve to be pampered alittle.
Overhead planes are now a part of my life since DFW is in my backyard, every time one passes its like a salute to the great AA because you can barely hear the person nxt to you or try talking on your cell. But this is only when outside, not a problem inside.
The parking spaces are limited as compared to the # of occupants.
Overall my one-liner is...can't complain
