I currently live here and love it. The new management has made many improvements such as replacing those awful rail road ties and put in a brand new pool deck. Since they have been here they have also replaced all of the water heaters or boilers, whatever they call them. There is a little fluctuation in the temperature but I wont complain since I don't have to heat or pay for the water.
I have had a few maintenance items I have turned in and they were taken care of within 24 hours so I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I know the office staff is very accomidating and pleasant each time I am in there and I am in there alot since I receive many packages every week.

I DID SEE FOR MYSELF AND IT IS TRUE.....THIS PLACE IS BETTER THAN VAUCLUSE , BUT ITS STILL -------VILLE!!!!! THIS IS WHERE THE UPPER CLASS COCAINE DEALERS LIVE THAT SUPPLY ALL THE OTHER DUMPS LIKE HELLCREST AND PARADISE DUMPSTER HILLS.
