I've stayed here almost a year and will renew my lease

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
PROS : Great Place to live, a little pricey though. I've had the usual issues that every tenant may have, the staff has ALWAYS be quick to respond and resolve any occuring issue.The complex is Very quiet, at least where my unit is. Neighbors keep to themselves, we have had 1 or 2 reports of breakins and everyone is notified immediately. If I had to recommend this complex to anyone, I WOULD. I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about here but so far this is the best apartment complex I've lived in!!
CONS: You will only have Charter Communications as you ISP usless you go with Bellsouth which they both TOTALLY SUCK!!!!!!!!! I swear this was the only reason I wanted to move until I found out that Charter and Comcast only serve certain areas. Well unfortunately Charter has the surrounding area.
