When we moved in a few years ago, we liked Woodchase because everyone who lived there seemed to be pilots or flight attendants and were always quiet or never there. The pool was kept clean and running. However, for the last six months, the complex has been on a downward spiral. The workout equipment is outdated and barely working thanks to all the unsupervised kids that bang stuff around in there. The new people moving in are loud, obnoxious and always drinking in public. And, of course, our rent goes up a lot every time it comes up. It sucks!
