Poor management

Woodchase is by far the WORST apartment complex I have every dealt with. Management claims that they "go above and beyond for their tenants" but this could not be further from the truth. Office personnel, when in the office, is unknowledgeable. Maintenance is is also sub-par. My husband and I lived there for 3 years and had a leak in our refrigerator the entire time. One maintenance person told me he was not able to find the leak. When I asked him if he saw the bowl collecting water he said "yes, and I went ahead and emptied that for you". I would not recommend Woodchase Apartments to anyone I know.
