Towed our car... after [we thought] we paid for parking!

Some examples of the miserable management and maintenance experiences we had...
Complained about refigerator several times and maintenance inspected it and we were told it was OK. Then we still had problems and we complained that it was not keeping the food cold. They left another note saying it was OK. after the frig failed and food was starting to ruin... they said sorry, and didn't even offer to put food in another refrigerator nor did they offer to pay for loss of food. All food was ruined.
They even had our car towed after we paid for covered parking for more than a year. They did say they were sorry, but we should have told them that we still wanted covered parking again when we renewed our lease. This was true because they forgot and didn't carry-over our covered parking when we renewed.
I wrongly thought they were supposed to look up that sort of thing up when preparing the paperwork for lease renewal. I guess we were supposed to request this covered parking lease paperwork... NOT their problem! We of course, had to pay to get our car out of the pound and were really embarassed after we reported it "stolen" to the Euless police.
We were really stupid to renew then, but were smarter when the lease was up and got the hell out of there.
