I have been a resident for a little over 6 months, was a little scared to move in after all the bad reviews but loved the location and the floorplan, plus got a great price.
The management has been extremely helpful. I had to use the business center a lot when I first moved in and was in the front office almost daily faxing and copying things. They have been extremely helpful and very nice - maybe the management has changed since all the bad reviews''' Anytime I have a maintenance problem the maintenance people would come out almost immediately and then a couple of days later the apartment office would call and check up to make sure everything was working or if a they needed to reschedule someone to come out.
There are plumbing issues, we had a leak by our washer when we moved in but it was fixed within hours of when we turned in the request. Other than that we haven't had any major problems with our apartment. My husband and I love being so close to Bear Creek Park and have come to know a lot of our neighbors - which have all been wonderful. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
