Most people will only take the time to do a review if they have had a bad experience, while the people with good experiences tend to forget to comment. I am guilty of this, therefore I am making this review to say that I have lived here since before the new management takeover and see a compete turn-around. I was semi-happy before, but now I am very impressed by how the new management has cleaned up the property. It is very beautiful inside and out (management has come in and made upgrades to my apartment). They have completely renovated the exterior and I am now proud to invite my friends and family over. When you visit Woodchase, you will never know that this was a once questionable property. You will be too destracted by how uniquely beautiful it is. Submitted by a very Happy Resident.
