Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I do not recommend this to anyone that wants to have good maintenence work and less stress. Very old cracked walls, floors, squeeking floors. Gaps in Doors. Glass all around patios, poor sprinkle system. And much more. Management knows of these things but yet says,,, we had no idea.... Floods in floors... sewage backups in sinks.. they wont pay to fix the pipes... so you deal with the smell and water.
